Description:
Discuss habits, what they are, how they are formed and then describes several good habits with suggestions on how to encourage them in the classroom environment.
Learning Outcomes:
Be able to:
1. Describe in your own words your 'introduction to habits': what is a habit, why are they important, how are they formed?
2. List several learned skills we call habits.
3. Define a lifeskill/habit that you wish to focus on in your program over the next few weeks
4. Describe your plan for instilling this habit in your children.
