Learning Outcomes:
Be able to:
1. Understand the different learning styles.
2. Recognize the importance of temperaments for behavior management.
3. Identify and understand the steps for the control time technique.
4. Consider cultural issues when creating management systems.
5. Recognize the importance of choices for teaching children responsibility.
