Refunds
ClassesOnline4U has the following policy on refunds. NO REFUNDS will be made after 3 months for continuing education classes and 6 months for the 20 Hour Basic. We consider payment for our classes to be payment for access to certain information which is generally used to meet educational requirements, but may also simply be accessed to obtain knowledge without any desire for actual credit. Due to the fact that payment allows individuals immediate access to our classes and to all of the information provided in them, irregardless of whether or not they actually take the test and complete the class for credit, it is our normal policy not to provide refunds. In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based upon the situation and circumstances. A minimum $20 administrative fee will be assessed. Also, since ClassesOnline4U makes monthly reports, additional administrative charges will apply to any request received in a month other than the month in which the order was made. To request a refund, please provide us with a description of your extenuating circumstances, your full name, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will make a determination based upon the circumstances and reply to you within 14 working days.
