NOTE: Our Classes are accepted in most states. ClassesOnline4U is an independent training organization. We continually work to make your learning experience a positive one. We welcome your comments, criticisms and suggestions.

Q: How do I get started or how does it work?
A: You may look over our site to see how to get a scholarship, what a preview of a class looks like, etc. When you are ready to begin:

  1. Register - This costs you nothing and gives you access to the list of classes for ordering.
  2. Login - Use the username and password you selected during registration.
  3. Select Classes - Select the classes by adding them to your shopping basket for purchase.
  4. Purchase Classes - You do this online using a credit card or by mail (see instructions in members section).
  5. Take Classes - After purchase, click the link to return to the members section. This page looks just like the order page except that the classes you purchased are now accessible to you. You may need to scroll down this page to see your class that is now available. You may also return at anytime this year by entering your username and password in the homepage login. You will now be able to access the classes you purchased.
  6. Take Quiz - After completing the class you may take the quiz.
  7. Submit Evaluation - Fill out the evaluation and click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
  8. View and Print Certificate - After you submit the evaluation, you will be on a page that has a link to your Certificate, simply click the link and your certificate should come up with your name, the date and the name of the class.

Q: How will I know if I have registered properly?
A: You will be able to use your username and password to login. You should also receive an email verifying registration and giving you your username and password. Save this for future reference.

Q: How will I know if my credit card went through?
A: You should receive an email immediately which is your Receipt. It will list the classes you purchased and give the amount that your card was charged. You should print this receipt out for your records. You may receive a second email from the Credit Card company of a charge to Prevention MD. This is not a duplicate charge, simply a different receipt for the same charge. You can also verify that your classes are paid for by returning to the member’s pages. You should now have access to view those classes which you purchased.

Q: Do I have to pay with a credit card?
A: No, register online, then login and follow the instructions for mail order payments with check or voucher.

Q: Does it matter what browser I use?
A: Yes and no. You should be able to view the classes in any browser provided you have an updated version of Flash player (see links at the bottom of each page) on your computer. However, some browsers, especially with Mac computers have difficulty reading the flash slide show code and will say 'slide 1 of undefined', so that they cannot track your progress through the class. This results in the quiz not being able to be viewed at the end of the class. Three things you can do: 1) Try a different brower. 2) Download a newer version of the browser. 3) Reopen the class using the same browser checking to see if the slides listed in the upper right hand corner still say undefined or not. Some browsers identify the slides correctly on the second attempt.

Q: What if I don't pass the test?
A: You can keep taking it until you do.

Q: How long do I have to complete the class?
A: You have as long as your state allows you. Once you have paid for the classes online, you have full access to them as long as you remain an active member of our site.

Q: How much credit do I get for each class I take?
A: We have made it easy by making each annual continuing education class equal to 1 hour of credit.

Q: Do I have to take all my hours from you?
A: We'd like you to, of course, but you may take any combination of classes you choose.

Q: Is my credit card secure?
A: Yes, we use 128 bit SSL encryption. That means only you and your credit card company see your number, that's safer than at a retail store!

Q: Does the class proceed at a set speed or can I work at my own pace?
A: You can work at your own pace, starting and stopping as often as you like. Just be sure to meet the timeline required by your state for completion of any course. Classes taken by Voucher may have a specific limit placed upon them as indicated on the voucher.

Q: How long does a class take to complete?
A: They are designed to take 1 hour, but since you work at your own pace your time may vary.

Q: Will you be adding more classes?
A: Yes, we will continually be adding classes in all categories. We welcome your suggestions.

Q: Is there a set time or day I have to take the classes?
A: You can take them whenever it's convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
