Retention and Release of Records

ClassesOnline4U retains information in members records for a minimum of 7 years. After 7 years it will continue to be retained in an archive file indefinitely.

Records are always instantly available to our members by logging in to our website and accessing the appropriate webpage. Certain information is required by some states to be reported by us to the specific State. This information is reported according to the agreement we have with a particular State. States have the right to request further verification of information necessary to document appropriate completion of a class, such as, time of utilization, completion of interactive slides, and quiz results. ClassesOnline4U will not provide specific information, but will verify for them, that an individual did or did not adequately complete all of the class requirements during a specific time period. Evaluation forms may be requested by a state agency as well. We are obligated to provide these to states when requested for quality assurance purposes.

Additionally, some members may work for a center that maintains access to the records of their employees. The employee voluntarily agrees to allow the director or responsible person access to their basic and continuing education records in ClassesOnline4Us database. This access is granted by the member when they enter a specific center code into their member profile.

Notification of Changes

ClassesOnline4U.com reserves the right to change our privacy policy from time to time. If ClassesOnline4U.com decides to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes here so our users are always aware of what information we collect from them, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose this information to third parties. If at any point ClassesOnline4U.com decides that we wish to use personally identifiable information collected from our users in a manner that differs from that stated at the time this information was collected, we will notify users by way of an email.
